Returns & Exchange
We accept returns until 14 calendar days from the date you have received our products. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return any item, please use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag and all its contents (shoulder strap and protective bag, if any), in the same packaging as it came in. If the original package is damaged or if you don’t have the return waybill email email@example.com and we will send you a new waybill or advise you how to pack the bag!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
We have the right to deduct value from the refund if the product show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value, namely if the product show signs that it has not just been checked but used or if its original specific packaging is missing or damaged.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in the next working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check availability and, if possible, we will inform you how to proceed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (and he will find out about your return).

You will be responsible for paying the returning shipping costs. Those shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
