Shipping & Tracking
We have just started our online service and some logistic procedures may need to be adjusted in the first month (i.e., during March 2018). Therefore, during this initial period we expect to ship your order in 3-4 working days.
But our goal is to ship everything within 48 hours after the order is received and we are working hard to achieve it.
Once your order has been placed you will receive immediately an email from us confirming that order.
As soon as it has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive another email with the shipping information and a package tracking number so you can trace it until it arrives.
Our courier for European deliveries and major international destinations (US, Canada, Australia, Japan, HK, South Korea, etc.) is CTT the Portuguese National Post service that works with local national Post services and/or providers.
Deliveries in EU are usually made in the next 4-5 working days after posting. To the US and Canada, deliveries may vary between 7-10 working days, depending if destination is on the East or West Coast, the season (Christmas Season and Snow storms are a nightmare) and Customs controls. To the Far East (namely, HK, Japan or South Korea) and Australia, deliveries may also vary between 7-10 working days after posting.
You may trace your order in the CTT tracking page entering the package number we will send you and following all the delivery steps.
If you want a different courier or express service please contact us to email@example.com before ordering the product online. There are several express services available but at a higher cost, depending on the delivery time and your location. We will reply immediately and we will inform you the best options, respective costs and the way to proceed.
